IT Talent Sourcer / Researcher in [object Object]

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Talent Sourcer to join our growing team at CML Team. You’ll play a key role in building high-quality talent pipelines, driving targeted outreach campaigns, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates for our open positions.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, define search strategies, and help scale our recruitment operations efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Source & Engage: Identify and attract top tech talent through LinkedIn, Djinni, and other sourcing platforms

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain structured pipelines across technical, product, and creative roles

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Recruiters to define ideal candidate profiles and search strategies

Outreach Campaigns: Craft personalized messages and follow-ups to drive engagement and conversions

What We’re Looking For

0.5–2 years of experience in sourcing or technical recruitment (agency or in-house)

Strong research and sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage hidden talent

Experience sourcing for Developers, Designers, Product Managers, or similar IT roles

Proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills

Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level or higher

Nice-to-Haves

Experience sourcing for startups or fast-growing tech teams

Familiarity with Web3, Blockchain, or FinTech markets

Interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing
