Problem
Alice was looking for an experienced and reliable technical partner to develop the core functionality of the platform from scratch.
Solution
We were actively involved in developing core functionality to build a high-load platform, designing and implementing various modules such as Request Workflow business logic, Guest SMS Connector, OWS (OPERA Web Suite owned by Oracle) two-sided integration, full-text search with Elasticsearch. We added integrations with numerous third-party systems (PMS, Twilio, HotSOS, bt.tn, Exavault, IMAP, Mixpanel, NewRelic, etc.) and managed DevOps across AWS, Rackspace, and DigitalOcean.
Impact
We were responsible for the core development of the Alice platform, working from the beginning until the startup secured $40M in Series B funding. Acquired by Actabl.
