We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team at CML Team. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth by generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline from first contact to handoff.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate Leads: Identify and qualify prospects through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other relevant channels
  • Outreach & Engagement: Craft personalized outreach messages and connect with decision-makers across global markets
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at tech conferences and online industry events
  • CRM Management: Keep lead data organized, track outreach progress, and report on key metrics
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing sales
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal, research, and analytical abilities
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach tools
  • Familiarity with lead generation workflows and automation tools
